Rastislav “Rasty” Kasár is a dynamic coffee-and-cocktail virtuoso from Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. After training in hospitality, he honed his craft in some of London’s most iconic bars, including the American Bar at The Savoy, Scarfes Bar, and Kwānt. In 2022, he was crowned London Coffee Masters Champion, and in 2023, he claimed both the UK and World Coffee in Good Spirits titles. Since January 2024, Rasty has been based in Athens as Director of Product Development at Teddy’s Speakeasy & Teddy’s Elixir, where he fuses barista skill with bartender flair to create world-class coffee-cocktail experiences.
