Butterfly Pea Nitro Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried butterfly pea flowers (or 2 tea bags)
  • 400ml (13.5 fl oz) hot water
  • 1–2 tsp honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice (optional — adds brightness and purple hue shift)

Instructions

1. Steep the tea

In 400ml hot water, steep butterfly pea flowers for 5–7 minutes. Strain or remove tea bags, then chill completely.

2. Mix in the NitroPress

Add the chilled tea and sweetener (and citrus, if using) directly into the NitroPress.

3. Charge the NitroPress

Seal and charge. Shake gently for 5–10 seconds.

4. Serve

Dispense into a 500ml glass. Watch the vibrant foam settle and enjoy chilled or over ice.
