Mint Chocolate Nitro Cold Brew

A refreshing twist on your favorite cold brew — this drink combines deep chocolate flavor with a cool mint finish and creamy Nitro foam. Think of it as a Thin Mint in a glass: bold, sweet, and silky smooth.

Equipment

NitroPress hardware

Ingredients

300ml (10 fl oz) cold brew coffee

150ml (5 fl oz) milk (whole or oat)

1 tbsp (15ml) chocolate syrup

¼ tsp mint extract (or a few drops peppermint extract)

1 tsp maple syrup or sugar (optional, for sweetness)

Optional garnish: chocolate shavings or mint leaf

Instructions

Mix in the NitroPress: Add cold brew, milk, chocolate syrup, mint extract, and sweetener to the NitroPress. Shake until smooth.

Charge the NitroPress: Seal and charge. Shake for 5–10 seconds.

Serve: Dispense into a 500ml glass. Top with shaved chocolate or a mint sprig if desired.
