Description

The Nitro Clover Club is a refreshing, fruit-forward cocktail that balances the bright tang of lemon juice with the smoothness of dry gin and the subtle sweetness of simple syrup. The addition of egg white gives the drink a velvety texture, while the nitro foam adds an indulgent, creamy finish. Fresh raspberries lend a delicate fruity note, making each sip both light and refreshing.

50ml Dry Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Handful of Fresh Raspberries (1 reserved for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake well.

2. Strain

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the NitroPress.

3. Charge the NitroPress

Charge the NitroPress and carefully dispense into a coupe glass.

4. Garnishfresh

Garnishfresh raspberry on top.
