Description

Ingredients

40ml (1.35 oz) Vodka
15ml (0.5 oz) Aperol
1 Passion Fruit
10ml (0.34 oz) Simple Syrup
15ml (0.5 oz) Lime Juice
20ml (0.68 oz) Pineapple Juice

Instructions

1. Slice

Slice the passion fruit in half, strain out the seeds, and collect the juice.

2. Add vodka

Add vodka, Aperol, simple syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice into a shaker tin filled with ice.

3. Shake

Shake well to combine and chill.

4. Strain

Strain the mixture into the NitroPress.

5. Charge the NitroPress

Charge the NitroPress and carefully dispense into a rocks glass with a large block of ice.

6. Garnish

Garnish with the passion fruit husk.
