Description

The Nitro Strawberry Margarita combines the crispness of silver tequila with the bright tang of lime juice, balanced by the sweetness of agave syrup and the refreshing burst of fresh strawberries. The addition of Amaro Montenegro adds a unique depth to the flavor profile, while the nitro foam creates a silky, creamy texture that elevates the drink. The pink peppercorn salt rim adds a subtle, spicy kick, enhancing the overall experience with a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. It’s a modern, refreshing take on the classic margarita, with an indulgent twist.

Ingredients

50ml Silver Tequila
15ml Orange Liqueur/Triple Sec
10ml Amaro Montenegro
25ml Lime Juice
5ml Agave Syrup
Pinch of Pink Peppercorns
Handful of Fresh Strawberries (for the base and garnish)
1 Egg White

Instructions

1. Mixture to the Glass.

Muddle pink peppercorns until ground to a fine powder and mix with coarse salt. Rim a rocks glass with the pink peppercorn salt mixture, using lime juice to adhere the mixture to the glass.

2. Shaker

Slice strawberries in half and muddle inside a shaker tin.

3. Add Silver Tequila

Add silver tequila, orange liqueur/triple sec, Amaro Montenegro, lime juice, and agave syrup to the shaker.

4. Fill with Ice

Fill the shaker with ice, shake well, and strain through a fine mesh strainer into the NitroPress.

5. Charge the NitroPress

Carefully dispense the mixture into the rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh sliced strawberry on top.
