Nitro Thai Iced Tea

This cafe-style Thai tea gets a modern upgrade with the NitroPress. Rich, spiced black tea is sweetened and swirled with creamy milk, then infused with nitro for an ultra-smooth, velvety foam. It’s sweet, bold, and refreshingly unique — no shaker or blender required.

Ingredients

200ml (6.8 fl oz) strong Thai tea (Use Thai tea mix or strong black tea like Assam or Ceylon)

200ml (6.8 fl oz) whole milk or half-and-half

2 tbsp (30ml) sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp (5ml) sugar or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Optional garnish: star anise, cinnamon, or mint on top

Instructions

Brew the tea: Steep 2 tbsp Thai tea mix (or 2 tea bags) in 200ml hot water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and cool completely.

Mix in the NitroPress: Add the cooled tea, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and optional sweetener directly into the NitroPress. Shake until fully blended.

Charge the NitroPress: Seal and charge. Shake well for 5–10 seconds.

Serve: Dispense into a 500ml glass. Garnish if desired and enjoy cold, no ice needed.
