200ml cold brew coffee
100ml whole milk
50ml vanilla syrup
150ml chilled still water
Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1: Chill everything

Ensure your coffee, milk, water, and vanilla syrup are all cold. Cold liquid infuses better and creates a smoother nitro cascade.

Step 2: Load the NitroPress

Into a clean cannister, combine:

200ml cold brew
100ml milk
50ml vanilla syrup
150ml cold water

Step 3: Infuse with nitrogen

Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds to maximise infusion and foam quality

Step 4: Dispense

Hold the cannister vertically into your desired glass and pull the trigger to dispense

Step 5: Serve

Dispense over ice into a clear glass to highlight the cascading nitro effect.
