Ingredients

60ml (2 fl oz) bourbon or rye whiskey

30ml (1 fl oz) fresh lemon juice

15ml (0.5 fl oz) simple syrup (or more to taste)

Optional: 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish: Lemon peel or cocktail cherry

Instructions

Mix in the NitroPress: Add whiskey, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters (if using) directly into the NitroPress.

Charge the NitroPress: Seal and charge. Shake for 5–10 seconds for full infusion and foam development.

Serve: Dispense into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or cherry. No egg white needed - NitroPress does the work.
