Nitro Peach Black Tea

This refreshing, fruit-forward Nitro tea delivers the clarity of black tea with the indulgence of a smooth, cascading foam. A stronger brew and a touch of syrup help stabilize the foam, creating a café-level finish without cream or milk.

Ingredients

2 black tea bags (or 2 tsp loose-leaf Assam or Ceylon)

150ml hot water (for steeping)

150ml peach juice or nectar (strained)

100ml cold water

1 tbsp simple syrup (for sweetness and foam structure)

optional splash of lemon juice for brightness

optional ¼ tsp aquafaba or peach purée to support foam

Instructions

Steep the tea in 150ml hot water for 6–8 minutes, then let it cool completely.

In the NitroPress, combine the cooled tea concentrate, peach juice, water, and simple syrup.

Stir gently to blend. Seal and charge the NitroPress, then shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.

Dispense into a 500ml glass and enjoy - the drink should pour with a soft, peachy foam and hold structure beautifully.
