Ingredients

35ml Whiskey

15ml Drambuie

5ml Simple Syrup

5 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

Shortbread Biscuit (for garnish)

Instructions

Dry toast 150g rolled oats under a grill or on the stove top until fragrant and lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

In a large glass, stir all ingredients over ice.

Strain the cocktail mixture into a NitroPress, adding the reserved toasted oats.

Charge and dispense into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice.

Garnish with a shortbread biscuit.
