Ingredients

  • 120ml (4 oz) cold brew concentrate
  • 60ml (2 oz) Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream
  • 5ml simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
  • 2 tsp absinthe (for glass rinse)
  • 1 drop vanilla extract (garnish)
  • Pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg blend (garnish)
  • Shaved dark chocolate (e.g. Cloudforest Holy Wood)

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass by filling with ice water; set aside.

2. In a shaker, combine:

  • 4 oz cold brew concentrate
  • 2 oz bourbon cream
  • 5ml simple syrup
  • Add ice and stir to chill

3. Strain into the NitroPress, charge with N₂, and shake for 2 minutes.

4. Discard ice from glass. Add 2 tsp absinthe, swirl to coat, then discard excess.

5. Invert the NitroPress and dispense into the chilled glass.

6. Garnish:

  • Add 1 drop vanilla extract in the center
  • Dust cinnamon/nutmeg blend on one side
  • Shave dark chocolate onto the foam

7. Serve immediately.
