A silky, dairy-free twist on the classic London Fog. Earl Grey or herbal tea infused with oat milk and vanilla, frothed to perfection with nitrogen for a soft, aromatic experience.

Ingredients

7.5g black or Earl Grey tea (herbal tea optional)
250g hot water
50g ice
30g vanilla syrup
50g oat milk (e.g., Oatly)

Instructions

Steep 7.5g tea in 250g hot water for 5 minutes.
Remove tea and stir in 50g ice, 30g vanilla syrup, and 50g oat milk.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Pour into the NitroPress, charge with N₂, and shake slowly for 45 seconds.
Let rest another 5 minutes to set.
