Ingredients

  • 50ml (1.7 oz) Blended Scotch
  • 10ml (0.34 oz) Pedro Ximénez Sherry
  • 20ml (0.68 oz) Coffee Liqueur
  • 10ml (0.34 oz) Crème de Cacao

Instructions

1. Add blended scotch

Add blended scotch, Pedro Ximénez sherry, coffee liqueur, and crème de cacao to a shaker tin filled with ice.

2. Shake

Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.

3. Strain

Strain the mixture into the NitroPress.

4. Charge the NitroPress

Charge the NitroPress and carefully dispense into a coupe glass.

5. Garnish espresso

Garnish espresso beans on top.
