Ingredients

  • 90 ml vodka
  • 50 ml chocolate liqueur (crème de cacao or similar)
  • 70–80 ml chilled espresso or strong cold-brew concentrate
  • 10–15 ml simple syrup (to taste)
  • Small pinch of fine salt (optional, enhances cocoa depth)
  • Garnish: coffee beans or fine cocoa dust

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the base
  • In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, espresso/cold-brew, syrup, and salt.
  • Stir or roll gently for ~8 seconds to chill and lightly dilute.
  • Strain mix into the NitroPress DS (no ice).
Step 2: Charge the NitroPress
  • Charge the NitroPress
Step 3: Shake it up
  • Shake the NitroPress for 5–10 seconds to activate the nitro infusion.
Step 4: Serve
  • Dispense into a chilled martini glass, letting the cascading effect settle.
  • Float 3 coffee beans in the center or dust lightly with cocoa. Serve immediately.
