Make sure your stout is very cold
Keep your NitroPress and glass chilled for best results
Open the stout and stir or swirl gently to reduce carbonation (you don’t want CO₂ foam inside the NitroPress)
Pour slowly into the NitroPress bottle to avoid excess foam
Fill up to ~450–500ml max
Seal and charge the NitroPress as usual
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to infuse nitrogen
Pour into a chilled pint glass
You’ll see a rich cascade form as the beer settles into a thick, creamy head
Sip slowly and enjoy the ultra-smooth finish
