Nitro Palmer

Step 1: Brew the tea

• Steep your house rooibos blend for 5–7 minutes
• Cool fully and strain

Step 2: Mix the base

In a jug or shaker, combine:

• 150 ml rooibos tea
• 20 ml lemon oleo saccharum
• 30 ml Jaywalk Rye
• 50 ml chilled water

Step 3: Load into NitroPress

• Pour into the NitroPress canister
• Do not overfill

Step 4: Chill the canister

• Refrigerate or shake over ice for 5–10 minutes

Step 5: Infuse with nitrogen

• Charge the NitroPress (DS or Pro)
• Shake gently for 3–5 seconds

Step 6: Serve

Dispense into a chilled glass over ice or neat
