Ingredients

  • 6 oz lemonade
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
  • Double shot of espresso
  • Candied lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh double espresso (60ml) and allow it to cool
  2. In a mixing glass or shaker, combine lemonade and simple syrup.
  3. Add the cooled espresso and ice, then stir gently to chill.
  4. Strain into your NitroPress DS/Pro, charge with air, and shake well.
  5. Dispense into a tall glass and let the nitro foam rise and settle.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist on the rim or floating.
