Nicaraguan Nitro Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold Foam

Ingredients

For the Nitro Cold Brew:

  • 100g Nicaraguan coffee (coarse grind)
  • 1L cold filtered water
  • Ice (for serving)

For the Vanilla Cold Foam:

  • 50ml whole milk (or oat milk)
  • 25ml cold water
  • 5ml vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cold Brew Concentrate
  • Combine coffee and water in a jar or French press
  • Steep for 16–18 hours in the fridge
  • Strain through a filter or mesh
Step 2: Infuse with Nitro
  • Add 200ml of cold brew to the NitroPress
  • Charge and shake well for ~30 seconds
  • Dispense into a chilled glass
Step 3: Prepare Vanilla Cold Foam
  • In a separate container, whisk or froth milk, vanilla syrup, and cold water until light and foamy (or use an electric frother)
Step 4: Assemble
  • Pour nitro cold brew over ice (optional)
  • Spoon or pour vanilla cold foam on top
  • Serve immediately
