Coconut Espresso Martini

This twist on the classic Espresso Martini blends bold coffee with smooth vodka and creamy coconut milk for a velvety, island-inspired finish. Charged in the NitroPress, it gets that signature foam without any shaking. Topped with toasted coconut and coffee beans, it’s the perfect balance of bold and chill.

Ingredients

60ml (2 fl oz) vodka

30ml (1 fl oz) coffee liqueur

60ml (2 fl oz) cold brew coffee

30ml (1 fl oz) canned coconut milk (full-fat recommended)

1–2 tsp (5–10ml) simple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

Mix in the NitroPress: Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cold brew, coconut milk, syrup, and ice directly into the NitroPress.

Charge the NitroPress: Seal and charge. Shake for 5–10 seconds to infuse and foam.

Serve: Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top of the foam and place 3 coffee beans for garnish.
