Nitro Strawberries and Cream

Description

A fruity, creamy summer drink that blends cold-brewed strawberry tea with a smooth vanilla finish. Made luscious with a cascading nitro foam and a hint of freeze-dried strawberry sparkle.

Ingredients

500ml chilled strawberry fruit tea (from 15–20g loose tea)
20ml vanilla syrup
1 N₂ capsule (NitroPress)
Freeze-dried strawberry powder (for garnish)

Instructions

Infuse 15–20g of strawberry fruit tea (like Eton Mess) in 1L cold water for ~10 minutes.
Strain and chill the tea.
Add 500ml of the chilled tea + 20ml vanilla syrup directly to the NitroPress.
Charge with a N₂ capsule, shake well.
Dispense into a tall chilled glass — let the nitro head bloom.
Optional: freeze-dried strawberry powder on the foam for a pink dusting effect.
