Nitro Tiramisu Cold Brew

Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, this Nitro Tiramisu Cold Brew layers rich cold brew coffee with cocoa, vanilla, and a touch of mascarpone-style creaminess. It’s bold, lightly sweet, and foam-topped like a perfect spoonful of tiramisu in drink form — all without a blender or barista.

Ingredients

250ml (8.5 fl oz) cold brew coffee

100ml (3.4 fl oz) whole milk or oat milk

2 tbsp (30ml) mascarpone or heavy cream (can substitute barista oat milk)

1 tbsp (15ml) vanilla syrup (or ½ tsp vanilla + 1 tbsp sugar/maple syrup)

Optional garnish: dusting of cocoa or shaved chocolate on foam

Instructions

Mix in the NitroPress: Add cold brew, milk, mascarpone or cream, vanilla, and cocoa powder directly into the NitroPress. Stir or shake gently to combine until smooth.

Charge the NitroPress: Seal and charge. Shake for 5–10 seconds to create a thick, dessert-like foam.

Serve: Pour into a 500ml glass. Optionally dust the foam top with cocoa powder or dark chocolate.
