Nitro Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 60ml (2 fl oz) bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 30ml (1 fl oz) fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml (0.5 fl oz) simple syrup (or more to taste)
  • Optional: 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon peel or cocktail cherry

Instructions

1. Mix in the NitroPress

Add whiskey, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters (if using) directly into the NitroPress.

2. Charge the NitroPress

Seal and charge. Shake for 5–10 seconds for full infusion and foam development.

3. Serve

Dispense into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or cherry. No egg white needed - NitroPress does the work.
