Peach Nitro Yerba Refresher

Step 1: Brew the tea

• Steep yerba maté in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
• Cool completely and strain if needed.

Step 2: Mix the base

In a jug or shaker, combine:

• 150 ml brewed yerba maté
• 25 ml peach purée or nectar
• 10 ml agave syrup
• 100 ml chilled still water
• Optional: small squeeze of lemon

Step 3: Load into NitroPress

• Pour the mixture into the NitroPress canister (leave room for gas expansion).

Step 4: Chill the canister

• Refrigerate for 5–10 minutes or shake gently over ice to cool.

Step 5: Infuse with nitrogen

• Charge with NitroPress (DS or Pro), shake gently for 3–5 seconds.

Step 6: Serve

Dispense over ice into a clear glass to highlight the cascading nitro effect.
